Parent-Teacher Meeting – Pre-Summer Vacation (23rd May 2025)

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We kindly invite you to attend the Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) scheduled for tomorrow, 23rd May 2025, from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, prior to the summer break. This session is essential for collecting the holiday homework syllabus, timetable, and other important materials. Please note that these documents will not be distributed to students afterward if a parent or guardian fails to attend.

To ensure the smooth conduct of the PTM, we request your cooperation in arriving strictly as per your child’s roll number. We shall send you the specific time slot allocated for your child based on their roll number.

Important Note: Tomorrow, the school will be closed for students, and they are required to attend the PTM with their parents/guardians. Please make sure your child accompanies you to the meeting.

Additionally, due to Juma prayers, the PTM will conclude promptly at 11:30 AM, and the school gates will close at the same time. Kindly adhere to the allotted schedule to avoid any inconvenience.

As a reminder, 20 marks will be allocated in the first-term examination based on the timely and complete submission of the holiday homework.
